Accountability beats motivation every time

A community that expects you to show up will get more consistent results out of you than pure willpower ever will, on your best day or your worst one.
Comparison and community are not the same thing
This is the part people get wrong. Comparison whispers "you're behind." Community says "here's exactly how I got unstuck — want the notes?" Same room, completely different energy. The difference isn't the people around you. It's whether the room is built on honesty or performance.
